Roles after training: entry-level residential appliance helper, field service trainee, and warranty service trainee. Supervised employment and on-the-job development.

LBA Academy awards a school Certificate of Completion when program requirements are met. OSHA, EPA Section 608, and NATE credentials are issued only by those organizations after their own requirements are met. LBA Academy does not issue OSHA, EPA, or NATE credentials. Coursework is preparation for the listed exams unless a specific exam fee and award path is confirmed in the current catalog and enrollment agreement.
Distance

Clock hours
100 clock hours total: 72 lecture/theory and 28 VR simulation hours across 37 VR labs. 12 modules. $3,999 all-inclusive.
Train online
VR labs are graded, browser-based 3D simulations. Students practice diagnostic reasoning, safety decisions, and procedures in simulated service calls. Simulations do not create physical competency with live electricity, open flame or brazing, gas, refrigerants, or equipment repair. Graduates still need employer-supervised field experience and any legally required licensing or certification before doing that work.

18 or older. High school diploma or GED. U.S. residency proof. English proficiency. No prior experience required.
Employment assistance may include resume help, interview preparation, and job lead referrals when offered. LBA Academy does not guarantee employment or placement.
